SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 7-14 business days for your item to be delivered.
Standard 21- 30 business days for all orders outside of the U.S.
When placing multiple orders with us there is a chance these items WILL ship separately. Please be patient if these items are customized, customized items might take 21-30 days to be manufactured, processed and ship.
If you input your information incorrectly at check out you have 24 hours to notify the 7Ven8 team for correction.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What is your return policy?
In efforts to help stop the spread of Covid 19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS, except in the case of faulty products or marketing that may have been misleading.
Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items. Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?We do not accept returns for sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What is your exchange policy?In effort to keep everyone safe, Unfortunately we are unable to accepting exchanges due to COVID 19 until further notice
What if I never received my item? We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?Yes, we ship packages to PO Boxes.

When will my order arrive?
We will keep you updated via your email address on the progress of your order. Orders are dispatched according to shipping method selected at checkout
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?
Unfortunately we can not change your delivery address once an order has been processed and shipped out. Please carefully check your address details at checkout.
Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?
Please make sure you have entered all of the correct details & are completely happy with your order before finalizing it, as orders can not be cancelled or updated once confirmed. Our fulfillment center is automated & order processing starts immediately once the order is finalized to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you will need to follow the returns process once you receive your delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
The rate thresholds of these charges vary from country to country & are set by your local government.
7Ven8 is not responsible for any additional taxes & custom charges that are payable during the shipment of your order. These charges will be invoiced and shipment processing will be delayed until paid.
